The seasoning on this press is the real deal—my patties came out with a crusty sear without any sticking on the first use. It’s heavy enough to press down firmly but not awkward to handle, and cleanup took about a minute. Already looking forward to using it again next weekend.
The flat 6.25-inch surface gives me a perfect sear without any flare-ups, and this thing has held up through three straight weekends of grilling. I've already tossed it in the dishwasher and it still looks brand new, which honestly surprised me.
The seasoning is spot on—my patties came off the griddle with that deep, crusty sear without any sticking or extra oil. It’s got a good heft to it that flattens evenly without me having to press down hard, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
