The grates sit perfectly flush in the hibachi-style base, so no wobble or sliding even when I'm flipping burgers over a hot fire. It's already got a nice dark seasoning from the box, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

The seasoning is already deep and even, so my first batch of chicken thighs came out with that perfect crust without any sticking. It sits flush on the base and the extra cooking surface makes a real difference for two-person meals.

Set it on the hibachi base and it locked in perfectly, like it was made for it. The cast iron is hefty and spreads the heat evenly across the whole surface, so my steaks got a nice sear without any hot spots.
