First meal on these pans came out perfect, and the triple-seasoned surface means the eggs slid right off with barely any butter. It's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron, which makes a real difference when I'm flipping pancakes.

The handle is surprisingly easy to grip even with oven mitts on, and the triple-seasoned surface means my first batch of cornbread slid right out without a single stuck crumb. I've been reaching for this pan every single night since it arrived, it just feels so much lighter than my old cast iron.

The triple-seasoned surface is genuinely slick—my first fried egg slid around the pan like it was nonstick, no drama. It’s surprisingly easy to lift, too, which makes a real difference when I’m moving it from stovetop to oven. Definitely the best cast iron I’ve owned for everyday use.
