Chef Collection Gourmet Sæt

The first thing I noticed was how smoothly the spatula glides along those sidewalls—no more food getting trapped in corners. The seasoning is already perfect, so my first batch of cornbread came out with zero sticking and a beautiful crust. I’ve never had such even heat across the whole pan.

The handles feel perfectly balanced even when the pan’s full, and the seasoned surface is slick enough that eggs slide right off. Cleanup’s a quick wipe, which is more than I can say for my old nonstick.

The spatula-friendly sidewalls are a game-changer—no more fighting to flip food in the corners. My eggs slide right out, and the heat retention keeps everything sizzling evenly. This set’s become my daily workhorse.
