The triple-seasoned finish means I don't have to babysit it with oil every time, and it's still light enough to carry one-handed from the camp table to the fire pit. Eggs slide right off it after bacon, and cleanup's just a quick wipe.

I was skeptical about the weight at first, but this griddle is genuinely easy to lift and move around the campsite, and the heat retention is excellent—it sears a perfect crust. Cleanup after bacon was surprisingly quick, too.
