Gusseiserne Grillplatte

The seasoning is perfect right out of the box—my tortillas didn't stick once, and they got those nice charred spots street tacos need. It's heavy, sure, but that weight means the heat stays even across the whole surface.

The heat retention is no joke—my pancakes came out evenly golden across the whole batch, not just the middle. It’s already seasoned well, so I didn’t have to fuss with extra oil before the first cook.

Pulled a dozen tortillas off this thing last night and they all puffed up perfectly, thanks to the heat retention staying steady even when I flipped the burner down. The seasonings already building a nice non-stick layer, and cleanup was just a quick wipe while it was still warm.
