Essentials Gusseisen-Pfannenset, gewürzt

The grill pan's ridges give that perfect char without the smoke detector going off, and the whole set heats so evenly that my pancakes and steaks both come out great. Three pieces means I can cook an entire meal at once, and cleanup is just hot water and a stiff brush.

I've been using the skillet almost daily since it arrived, and the heat retention is exactly why my steaks come out with that perfect crust every time. The whole set feels solid enough to last decades, and having the grill pan for veggies means I rarely reach for my old nonstick anymore.

The griddle is the star of this set—I can fit six pancakes at once without crowding. Seasoning held up nicely through my first few washes, and the skillet went straight from stovetop to oven without a complaint.
