Used it on my gas grill for some pork chops and the smoky flavor was definitely there, though the cast iron took a lot longer to heat up than I expected. The high-heat durability is nice, but the seasoning seemed a bit thin and I had to re-oil it after the first use. It gets the job done, just not as effortless as I hoped.
