The nonslip surface keeps my hot dishes from sliding around, and the oval shape fits perfectly under my serving platters. It’s saved my countertops from scratches and heat marks already.

Fits nicely under our heavy cast iron servers without sliding around, which is exactly what I needed. The oval shape is a bit specific, but it works well for our table setup. I just wish it came in a slightly larger size for bigger dishes.
