Grilling chicken fajitas used to mean half of them slipping through the grate, but this topper kept every piece right where I put it. The perforated surface still gave everything that nice smoky char, and cleanup was just a quick scrub.

The holes are small enough that my beef tips stopped falling into the fire, which was my main gripe with grilling before. That perforated surface let the flames lick right through on the chicken fajitas, and the seasoning is holding up great after three uses.

Bought this for fajita night and the perforated holes are perfect for letting the fire hit the chicken without tiny pieces slipping through. My only gripe is the seasoning could be more even out of the box, but it's held up fine after a few hot cooks.
