The seasoning on this skillet is spot-on right out of the box—fried an egg with zero sticking and it's so light I can toss it one-handed over the campfire. Searing salmon gave it a nice crust without any hot spots, which says a lot for how quick it heats up.
The thin body heats up so fast that my salmon gets a perfect crust in under two minutes, and it's light enough to toss around one-handed. Even the handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt for quick flips.
My eggs slide right off after just a few uses, and the lightweight build means I can flip a salmon fillet with one hand without wrist strain. It's seasoned well enough that cleanup is just a quick wipe and rinse.
