Matthew ★★★★★

The dual handles make it easy to lift even when it's full of pancakes, and the heat retention is no joke—my bacon crisps up evenly across the whole surface. I've used it three times this week and the seasoning only gets better with each cook.

Hazel ★★★★★

The dual handles make it surprisingly easy to flip a full pound of bacon, even with oven mitts on. Heat spreads so evenly across the surface that my pancakes come out identically golden every single time.

Thomas ★★★★★

The dual handles make it easy to lift even when it's loaded with pancakes, and the heat retention is genuinely impressive—my tortillas came out perfectly charred. My kitchen's been through three other griddles, but this seasoned surface is the first one that didn't need a re-season before first use.
