Kuumakäsitelty valurautainen minikattila

Tossed this in the dishwasher after a heavy service night and it came out spotless, no rust in sight—that heat-treated finish is a real time-saver. The mini size is perfect for individual sides, and it's held up through dozens of cycles so far.

Finally, a cast iron piece that doesn’t make me nervous about the dishwasher. I’ve run it through the sanitizer cycle every night for two weeks and there’s not a speck of rust, plus the heat-treated finish still looks brand new.

Ran mine through the commercial dishwasher every night for two weeks straight, and not a speck of rust anywhere. The heat-treating really does its job, and it still looks as good as the day it arrived.
