Charring veggies on this thing gives them that same smoky edge I usually only get from the outdoor grill. The cast iron heats so evenly that even the edges of the pan sear properly, and cleanup is just a quick rinse since it's already seasoned.
This pan’s heat retention is no joke — seared a batch of steaks on the stove and they came out with the same crust I usually only get on the outdoor grill. The naturally seasoned surface means I could cook right away without any prep, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
Burned my hand a little on the handle, but that's on me—this round pan sears steaks with a crust I couldn't get on my old flat skillet. The pre-seasoned surface means I just wiped it down and started cooking right away, and it's kept its finish through three washes already.
