The 9x6 size is honestly perfect for a side dish or a small dessert for two, and the porcelain enamel finish handled a batch of baked ziti without a single stain. Cleanup was just a quick soak and wipe, which made the post-dinner tidying much less of a chore.
I’ve cooked tomato-heavy sauces in this dish twice now and the porcelain enamel finish came out spotless both times, no staining or weird metallic taste. It’s the perfect size for a batch of mac and cheese for two, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.
Tomato sauce went straight in and wiped right off with zero staining or weird smells - that porcelain enamel finish really does what it says. Made a small lasagna for two and it heated evenly, no hot spots anywhere.
