The monarch butterfly design etched into the bottom is so intricate it feels like a piece of art I can actually cook with. It heats evenly across the whole surface, and the seasoned cast iron has that perfect non-stick feel right out of the box. This is my new favorite way to honor the tradition whi

The bottom of the pan is practically a work of art—those monarch butterflies look like they’re mid-flight, so I’ve left it hanging on the kitchen wall when it’s not in use. It’s a hefty 12 inches and pre-seasoned, so my cornbread slid right out on the first try.

Penelope ★★★★★

The monarch butterfly design on the bottom is so intricate it feels like a keepsake, but it’s the even heating that won me over—my tortillas come out perfectly toasted every time. I’ve already hung it on the wall when it’s not in use, it’s that pretty.
