I’ve been using these with my cast iron skillet straight out of the oven, and the 525°F heat rating is spot on — no warping or damage at all. The 7‑inch size fits perfectly under most pots, and the bright color really livens up the table.
The skillet pattern is cute and the 7-inch size is perfect for my medium pots, but I wish it had a little more grippy texture on the back to keep it from sliding on my countertop. Still, it handles heat well up to the stated temp.
