I love that this brush is dishwasher safe—cleanup after basting is effortless. The silicone bristles are soft enough not to scratch my cast iron.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this brush holds oil without dripping everywhere. It’s great for evenly coating my cast iron skillet, and the fact that it’s dishwasher safe makes cleanup a breeze.
