Base per Griglia Sportsman's Pro

The seasoning was already well-developed out of the box, so my first batch of burgers didn't stick at all. It fits the base perfectly and distributes heat evenly across the whole grate, no hot spots.

I dropped my old base on the patio and cracked it, so I ordered this replacement expecting a hassle. Slid right into the frame with no wobble, and the seasoned surface is already holding a nice sear on burgers. Back to charcoal cooking without any drama.

The seasoning on this base is even and smooth right out of the box, so my first cook had zero sticking. The extra depth compared to the classic version gives me more room for indirect heat, which makes a big difference for slow-cooking on the charcoal grate.
