I was skeptical about the 10-minute claim, but I timed it and sure enough, those coals were blazing hot and ready to pour. The galvanized steel feels sturdy, and the wooden handle gives a nice, comfortable grip when I’m shaking it out.
The wood handle stays cool even when the chimney is roaring, which is a huge relief for my knuckles. Coals were lit and ready in about ten minutes flat, just like the ad said. This thing has earned a permanent spot in my grill kit.
