The 10.25" size feels perfect for our anniversary dinner, and the engraving came out crisp and deep enough to really see the details. I've cooked with it three times already and the seasoning holds up beautifully.
My wife actually teared up when she saw the names and date carved into the 10.25" surface, way deeper and more precise than the cutting board we got last year. It’s already been through a full sear and a cornbread bake, and the custom work hasn’t faded or chipped a bit.
The engraving turned out so crisp and clean, and the weight of the 10.25" skillet feels reassuringly solid in my hands. We got it for our tenth wedding anniversary and it’s already our go-to for weekend cornbread.
