The glass lid fits my Dutch oven perfectly, and I love being able to watch the simmer without lifting the lid to let steam escape.
I was a bit skeptical about how well a glass lid would seal, but this one fits my pan perfectly and really locks in steam for braising. It’s also nice to watch the food simmer without lifting the lid.
