Fyr opp grillen!
The perforated surface lets the flames lick right up through the veggies, and the thin steel heats up so fast I didn't have to hover over it. Even the onions came out with that perfect char without falling through the gaps.
Took it camping last weekend and the thin steel heated up so fast that the veggies got a perfect char without turning mushy. The lightweight build made it easy to shake over the fire, and cleanup was just a quick rinse.
The perforated surface lets the flames lick right up through and char the veggies perfectly, even on a crowded grill. I’ve used it three times this week and the thin build means cleanup is just a quick scrub, no stuck-on mess.
