The tomato sauce from my Sunday ragù didn't leave a single stain, and the porcelain finish wiped clean in seconds. Serves a full table of eight easily, and the weight feels reassuringly solid.
I've baked everything from lasagna to a berry cobbler in this thing, and the porcelain enamel finish handles acidic tomato sauce without any staining or weird aftertaste. It's heavy enough to feel sturdy but not a pain to lift out of the oven, and clean-up is genuinely just a quick wipe.
Finally, a casserole dish that doesn’t flinch when I dump a whole tomato-based lasagna in it. The porcelain enamel finish cleaned up with just a quick rinse, and the even heat meant no scorched edges on the cornbread either.
