The 12-inch skillet is a solid workhorse—I’ve used it every night since it arrived and the seasoning just keeps getting better. The patriotic etching on the handle is a nice touch that makes it feel special without getting in the way of cooking.
The skillet is a hefty 12 inches and the star-spangled design on the handle is a nice touch for the 250th. Seasoning was already smooth and non-stick on the first cornbread I made, and the little 7-inch pan is perfect for a single egg.
The anniversary etch on the handle is a nice touch, and the 7-inch pan fits perfectly inside the 12-inch for storage. It arrived pre-seasoned and slick, though the larger skillet needed a little more time to really build up its non-stick surface.
