Grill pan scrapers are tough on stuck-on food so you don't have to be. Made of durable polycarbonate, these clear the surface and hard-to-reach grooves, giving your sponge or brush and easier job.
These things absolutely demolish burnt-on cheese and grease. The angled edge gets right down into the grooves of the grill grates, and my sponge isn't getting torn to shreds anymore.
The polycarbonate is solid but still glides through the grooves without scratching, and it easily scraped off burnt cheese that my brush couldn't touch. I just rinse it and it's ready for the next cookout.
