Baked heart-shaped cornbread in it for Valentine’s brunch and the cast iron heated so evenly, the arrows came out crisp and defined. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with a paper towel, no sticking at all. This is the fun kitchen piece I didn’t know I needed.
