Category: Ferro Fundido Esmaltado
I've used it every weekend since it arrived, and the heat retention is honestly impressive—dinner stays warm right on the table. The enameled surface handles my vinegar-heavy braises without a single rust spot, and cleanup is just a quick soak.
The enameled surface took a tomato-heavy beef stew without any staining or weird metallic aftertaste, which is exactly why I switched from my old bare cast iron. Heats evenly on my electric stove and cleans up like a dream with just soap and water.
Used this for a Sunday braised chicken with tomatoes and it cleaned up in seconds with just a sponge — really impressed with how the enamel handles acidic stuff. The heat distribution is so even, everything cooked perfectly without any hot spots.
