I was a little worried the cardinal design would wear off with washing, but after a week of daily eggs and cornbread, it’s still crisp and the pan's seasoned surface is as slick as ever.
The cardinal etched into the handle is such a festive touch, and the naturally seasoned surface means my cornbread slid right out with zero sticking. It's heavy in the best way, holds heat like a champ, and I've already used it four times this week for everything from searing to baking.
The cardinal design on the handle is such a charming touch for winter mornings, and the naturally seasoned surface meant my eggs slid right off with barely any oil. It heats evenly and holds the heat beautifully, easily my go-to pan now.
