American Road Trip: 12-tums kryddad gjutjärnspanna, Tennessee

The Tennessee skillet is a gorgeous tribute to the Volunteer State, and the 12-inch size gives me plenty of room for cornbread and fried chicken. I love that the seasoning is already built in, so it was ready to cook with right out of the box.

Bought this as a gift for my sister who's from Tennessee and the state engraving on the handle is way more detailed than the photos show. It pre-seasoned beautifully on the first cook and the weight feels solid without being arm-breaking.

The engraving on this one is so crisp, and the pan itself is perfectly preseasoned straight out of the box. I've used it three times this week for cornbread and seared steaks, and nothing sticks at all. It's a great size for everyday cooking.
