Third batch of cornbread in and the pan's surface is only getting slicker, that natural seasoning really does the trick. Love that I can crank the oven to 450° without a worry about warping.

First loaf came out with a perfectly crisp crust, and the pan didn’t so much as shiver under the heat—that cast iron really holds its shape. Cleanup was just a quick wipe since it’s seasoned, which saves me from the usual scrubbing marathon.

The seasoning on this bakeware is flawless out of the box — my cornbread slid right out without a single stick. I've run it through three high-temp bakes and it hasn't warped a millimeter, which is more than I can say for my old flimsy trays.
