The cast iron holds heat so evenly that my butter never scorches, and the naturally seasoned surface gave the best sear on my mini burgers. I’ve been using it on my camp stove and it feels indestructible.
I love how the naturally seasoned surface required no extra oil before my first use, and it heats up quickly on the grill for melting butter. My only small gripe is that the handle gets very hot, so you definitely need a mitt.
