I love how this press fits perfectly over my burger patties and the handle stays cool enough to grip comfortably. It really does give that thin, crispy diner-style smash with a nice sear every time.
The weight is perfect for smashing burgers thin and the heat retention gives a great crust. Only minor gripe is the handle gets a bit warm after a while, but that’s typical for cast iron.
