Heats evenly and the seasoning seems decent, but the pan is heavier than I expected for a 9-inch. The crust came out nicely browned on the bottom and sides, though it took a bit longer to preheat than my old aluminum pan. It’s a solid pie pan, just not as effortless to handle as I’d hoped.
