The cast iron holds heat so evenly that my barbecue sauce stays at the perfect consistency through an entire cookout. The silicone brush is a nice touch too—no melting bristles.
Works well for keeping butter melted on the grill, but the silicone brush starts to smell a bit if you get it too close to the flame. Wish the cast iron pot was just a little deeper to hold more sauce.
