I've been using this with my dutch oven for fish fry nights and the commercial-grade steel feels
Finally got this basket to use with my dutch oven, and it's a solid upgrade for frying — the commercial-grade wire feels sturdy and holds a good amount. Only wish the handle had a slightly better grip, but it works fine for onion rings and fish.
