My cornbread came out with that perfect crispy crust on the bottom and sides, and the pan held its shape flawlessly in a 450° oven. The seasoning is already slick enough that a quick wipe handled most of the cleanup, which surprised me for a first bake.

My old baking sheets always warped in the oven, but this heavy pan stays perfectly flat even at high heat. The naturally seasoned surface is already slick enough that my cookies slide right off with just a spatula.

First batch of cookies came out perfectly even — no burnt edges or raw middle like my old flimsy sheet pans. Love that this cast iron pan won’t warp, even after I accidentally cranked it to 450°.
