The lid fits snugly and the handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt, which surprised me. Even though it’s lighter than my old cast iron, it still sears a steak with a perfect crust. Definitely my go-to pan now.

Used it twice already and the heat retention is unreal — browned some chicken thighs perfectly even after I lowered the flame. The lid fits snugly, and cleanup was way easier than my old heavy skillet.

The weight is genuinely noticeable the moment you lift it—manageable enough for my weaker wrist, but it still sears a steak like the heavy stuff. Cleanup with the triple-seasoned surface was just a quick wipe and rinse, no soaking needed. This is my new go-to pan.
