The moose design on this griddle is such a fun touch, and the pre-seasoned surface meant I could toss bacon on it right out of the box without any fuss. It's hefty and holds heat perfectly, so my pancakes came out golden and even across the whole 10.5 inches.

The heat retention is exactly what you want from cast iron, and that pre-seasoned surface meant I could cook right away without any fuss. The moose shape actually makes it a conversation starter on the stovetop, though it’s a bit heavy to move around.
