The seasoning on this pan is flawless—I just wiped it, heated it up, and the chicken didn’t stick at all. That heat retention kept everything sizzling for a solid ten minutes after I pulled it off the stove.

The sizzle when it hits the table is the real showstopper, and the heat retention keeps everything hot through the whole meal. I love that I didn't have to fuss with any prep—the natural seasoning was ready to cook on immediately.

The seasoning on this cast iron is flawless—my chicken strips slid right off the platter and it held the heat through the whole meal. My guests kept staring at the sizzle long after I set it down, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
