Alexander V. ★★★★★

Used it over a fire for breakfast and the heat spread so evenly that pancakes came out golden in every spot, not just the middle. The seasoning held up beautifully against bacon grease and a quick scrape with a spatula—no sticking at all. Exactly what I hoped a 10.5-inch cast iron griddle would feel

Claire ★★★★★

Took this out camping last weekend and the seasoned surface was ready to go straight from the box—eggs slid right off. The 10.5 inch size fit perfectly over my camp stove, and cleanup was just a quick wipe after it cooled.

Took this out on a camping trip last weekend and it handled everything from eggs to steak without a single sticking issue. The heat retention is exactly what I hoped for—that seasoned surface was ready to go straight out of the box. It's heavy, but that's the price you pay for something this sturdy.
