This press gave my chicken thighs a deep, even sear that I couldn't get with just a pan—the weight really does the work. Love how quickly it heats up and holds that heat.
The cast iron has great heat retention and put a perfect sear on my steaks. Only wish the handle stayed a bit cooler during use, but it’s solid for the price.
