Chef Collection Koekenpannenset

The spatula-friendly sidewalls are a game changer—no more scraping food over a raised lip. Both pans heat evenly and that seasoned surface is already releasing eggs without a fight.

The spatula-friendly sidewalls make flipping eggs almost too easy, and the ergonomic handles stay cool even after twenty minutes on high heat. I cooked a full stir-fry last night and the cast iron held its heat beautifully between batches, no hot spots at all. These are my new go-to pans.

I've had these skillets for three weeks and the natural seasoning just keeps getting better—eggs slide right off now. The ergonomic handles feel balanced even when the pan's full, and the cast iron holds heat exactly where you put it.
