The etchings on the bottom are so crisp and detailed, it’s like a little piece of Colorado right on my stovetop. It’s my first 12-inch pan and the cooking surface is wonderfully roomy for searing a big batch of chicken thighs without overcrowding.

The etched Colorado design on the cooking surface is a nice touch, but it doesn't get in the way of searing at all. I've used it almost daily for a month and the seasoning has built up beautifully.
