Ensemble de poêles Forever

The heat retention is honestly the star here—I can sear a steak and then toss in veggies without the pan losing its sizzle. Two months of daily use and the seasoning just keeps getting better, no rust or sticking anywhere.

My eggs slide right off the surface without needing much butter, and the heat retention keeps pancakes cooking evenly even after I drop the burner down. Durability feels solid too—it's already survived a few drops in my sink without a chip.

The naturally seasoned surface was ready to go right out of the box, and my eggs slid around like they were on glass. It's already become my go-to pan for everything from searing steaks to baking cornbread.
