Got the deep 6-quart size so I can actually braise a whole chicken and sear veggies on the flipped lid at the same time. That dual-function design genuinely cuts down my cleanup, and the heat distribution has been even every single use so far.

The lid flipping over to become a grill pan is genius—I did a full meal with chicken on top and veggies braising below, and cleanup was surprisingly quick for something this heavy-duty.

Seared a steak on the flat lid while the base simmered veggies below, and dinner was done in under half an hour. The whole thing cleaned up way easier than my old cast iron pieces.
