The seasoning is already nice and slick right out of the box, so my first pizza slid off with zero sticking. This pan is thick and heavy, but it holds heat so evenly that the crust came out crispy on the bottom and chewy in the middle, just like I wanted.
Baked three pies on it this weekend and the crust came out crispy underneath without a hint of sticking—that naturally seasoned surface really holds up to the heat without warping a bit.
